Delivery Service
National Furniture provides delivery at a cost dependent on your hometown distance from our store. By checking the box and signing below, I am certifying that I want delivery for my item(s). *Customers must be responsible in purchasing items that are reasonable for their living space. National Furniture Inc will provide delivery and assembly services, if and only if household circumstances allow. If National Furniture Inc deems your household space unfit for a safe delivery and assembly, we will not be able to complete delivery and assembly according to the agreed terms. Any items damaged during customer moving/ handling will fall under customer responsibility

I understand that National Furniture will not be responsible for the replacement or refund of any damages occurred after the customer has received the item. I understand that replacements are only valid if the item has a factory defect/damage, and that I must have the original packaging (boxes) in order to receive my replacement.
Assembly Service
By checking the box below, I am certifying that I do want assembly of my item. I understand that any damages done afterwards will be my responsibility. National Furniture will not replace my item unless there is a factory defect/ damage. *Customers must be responsible in purchasing items that are reasonable for their living space. National Furniture Inc will provide delivery and assembly services, if and only if household circumstances allow. If National Furniture Inc deems your household space unfit for a safe delivery and assembly, we will not be able to complete delivery and assembly according to the agreed terms. Oversized Issues
By signing below, I understand that National Furniture Inc is not responsible for oversized items that do not fit through doors, windows, stairs, hallways, or sliding doors. *Customers must be responsible in purchasing items that are reasonable for their living space. National Furniture Inc will provide delivery and assembly services, if and only if household circumstances allow. If National Furniture Inc deems your household space unfit for a safe delivery and assembly, we will not be able to complete delivery and assembly according to the agreed terms. Any items damaged during customer moving/ handling will fall under customer responsibility.
Deposit Agreement
By signing below, I understand the following... - Display merchandise is sold as is.
- Our layaway policy will secure your merchandise at the assigned price for 3 months max. It’s important for you to make a payment every 30 days (or the agreed time frame) or you will lose your deposit and the merchandise will be available for resale.
- If the item is not available at the time of purchase, and the manufacturer has the product on backorder, it may take in between 1-24 weeks for it to arrive. If the customer decides not to wait, he/she can change the backorder item for something different available at the time.
- Once you place your order, any and all sales are final. *I fully understand that all sections listed above have been made between the seller ( National Furniture Inc. ) and the customer. We are in full agreement with the terms and conditions above.
